Now onboarding a few pilot companies

Fill your cleaning crew without chasing applicants.

The problem

Hiring cleaners shouldn't eat your evenings.

Most small cleaning companies hire the same way: post a job, then juggle messages, missed calls and no-shows on top of running the business.

Messages everywhere

Applicants write on Facebook, text and email. Someone always gets answered late, or not at all.

Interview phone tag

Back and forth about times, then reminders you send by hand, and still the empty chair.

Spanish-speaking applicants

A job ad and a form only in English quietly filter out people who could be great on your crew.

How it works

From ad to booked interview.

Four steps, all running in the background. Here is what happens for each applicant.

1

We run the ads

Bilingual job ads in your own Facebook ad account, with the pay and schedule right in the ad.

2

Applicants answer 3 questions

A short form: availability, transportation, cleaning experience. Plus the basics to reach them.

3

We organize them

Applicants are listed in a clear order using only those answers, with a short summary. Nobody is rejected.

4

Interviews get booked

Everyone receives a booking link and reminders. You get a note with one-tap call and text links.

Built carefully

Simple on purpose. Fair by design.

The system is designed around what you actually need to decide, and nothing it shouldn't touch.

You decide

A person at your company makes every hiring decision. We never reject anyone automatically.

Only job-related answers

Ordering uses availability, transportation and experience. The AI summary is built from those answers only, never from age, family, health, religion or immigration status.

Bilingual from day one

Ads, form and applicant emails in English and Spanish.

Your ad account

Ads run in your Facebook ad account and Page. You keep ownership and the audience.

Plain communication

Applicants hear from you by email at the start. You can call or text from your own phone with one tap.

Who it's for

Independent cleaning companies that are growing.

We're working with owner-run residential and commercial cleaning companies in the U.S., roughly 5 to 30 cleaners, that hire regularly and want a steadier flow of applicants without a full-time recruiter.

  • Owner-run, not a franchise or agency
  • Hiring cleaners now or every few months
  • Have a Facebook Page and an ad account (or willing to set one up)
  • Located outside Illinois, Colorado, New York City and California for now
FAQ

Questions owners ask us.

Do you reject applicants?

No. Everyone who applies gets the same booking link. We only put applicants in an order, based on availability, transportation and experience, so you can look at the best fits first. You make every hiring decision.

Do you use AI?

We use AI only to write a short summary of an applicant's form answers. It does not decide who is hired, and applicants are told that AI is used.

What does it cost?

We're starting with a small group of pilot companies. Email us and we'll explain exactly how the pilot works and what it costs before you commit to anything. Ad spend goes straight to Facebook from your own account.

Whose ad account is used?

Yours. We run the ads in your ad account and on your Facebook Page, so you keep ownership of everything.

Do you text my applicants?

At the start we contact applicants by email only. You can call or text them from your own phone with one tap from the notification we send you.

Which areas do you work in?

Across the U.S., except for now Illinois, Colorado, New York City and California, where hiring-technology rules need more review first.

Hiring cleaners should be the easy part.

Tell us about your company and how you hire today. We'll reply within a business day with how a pilot would work for you.
